Our shipping rates include only the airfreight rates from US/China/Malaysia/Japan to Singapore, customs clearance in Singapore for normal products and delivery during business days. All other charges like US/China/Malaysia/Japan inland charges, or Singapore government charges for controlled products will be invoiced at costs.

We will deliver your packages within 4-9 business days after check out.

*Kindly take note from 7th November 2018, our China warehouse will no longer support consolidation. We will ship it out as soon as it arrived. This is to facilitate faster movement of parcels and to prevent possible misplacing of parcels during the 11.11. peak season.

Consolidation is to pack multiple items into one shipment. Consolidation helps you to save money as you only pay the 1st 500g once. The more you consolidate, the more you save.

Uclick2buy will allow members to store their merchandise for up to 30 days and Business Programs for up to 90 days at no charge. After the mentioned number of days, the customer agrees to pay storage of S$5.00 per parcel per week.

Unless you specifically purchase insurance for your goods prior to shipping with us, our insurance payout is subject to USD20.00 per kg. There is free insurance coverage for first $100.00 for each package. Thereafter, you can purchase USD$3.00 for every USD$100 value of goods.

If the value of CIF exceeds S$400.00 there will be custom clearance required, and a handling charge of S$15.00 will be incurred to the customer.

There is a 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) levied on all goods imported into Singapore. GST is calculated based on the CIF value of the goods plus all duties payable.

  • CIF = Cost of Product + Insurance + Freight (or shipping charge)
  • Cost of product = Cost of product + Sales Tax + US inland shipping charge
  • GST relief is granted on goods, inclusive of new articles, personal effects, souvenirs, gifts and food preparations but excluding dutiable products, imported to a total value not exceeding $400.00. Where the value exceeds $400.00, the entire sum would be subjected to GST.

There will be $15 to $30 GST permit charge per shipment subjected to items imported, and a 10% percentage handling fee* will be incurred on the GST amount.

How to calculate handling fee:

{[(Shipping fee)+ (Cost of Item)] x GST(6%)} x 10% = Handling Fee

You bought a Kate Spade Wallet from the US at USD300
Actual weight – 0.5Kg
Dimension – 23 x 16 x 6 = Volume weight is 0.5 Kg
The wallet approximate cost SGD$400
Chargeable weight is 0.5kg.

Therefore the handling cost is:
{[(SGD 13.50)+(SGD 400)] x 7%}*10% = SGD $2.90 (handling fee)

Total fees payble:

Shipping + Handling fee + GST  Permit fee:
$13.50 + $ $2.90 + $15 = $31.40
